She actually appeals to me more when she just sings an acoustic song, whether on piano or any other instrument and just sings. My favorite song on The Fame album was Brown Eyes by far and my favorite performance by her of all time is the Brit award’s back a few months before Telephones’ single release when she sung it acoustically as a tribute to Alexander McQueen followed by a short but sweet version of Dance In The Dark. I like her music but I love her voice when it isn’t hidden behind voice control and synthesizer technology. I admit this song had echo on it but I do like this country rock-acoustic style this song includes.
